Erickajoy Daniels is an incredible professional with over 30 years of experience in organizational development and consulting. She's made quite a name for herself in the Midwest, especially during her time at Advocate Aurora Healthcare. Erickajoy has been instrumental in driving the execution of DE&I strategies, increasing diverse spend, and launching initiatives to address disparities in healthcare. Not only that, she's also been actively involved in board service and giving back to the community in various leadership roles. Erickajoy is definitely someone to admire in the field!
